The Lord directed Marc Likins to be the lead pastor of Harvest Baptist Church in October of 2016 after serving as an associate pastor in Chico, California. Marc and his wife, Maggie, are thankful to serve the Lord with their four children, Brennan, Willow, Cruz, and Deacon. They enjoy helping others grow in grace, spending time together, and exploring the city of Pittsburgh.

Marc was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He received his master’s degree in theology from West Coast Baptist College and his master's of divinity from Luther Rice Seminary.

Marc is a down-to-earth Bible teacher and preacher. He has a desire to reach the skeptic and disciple believers with God’s truth.

Brian Hazlett and his wife, Lori, started attending Harvest in 2007 and have been a faithful part of our ministry since that time. Brian is an integral part of our music program, leading our orchestra. Additionally, he serves in Awana as well as on our AVL Team. Lori is the office manager at Harvest Baptist Academy and also serves in the orchestra and the nursery. Brian and Lori have four children: Caleb, Emma, Joshua, and David.

Dominic Cardamone was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While attending youth group as a teenager at Harvest, he met his wife, Rose. They were happily married on July 2, 2005. Together, they moved to California to complete ministry training. Dominic graduated in 2010 from West Coast Baptist College with a bachelor's degree of religious education in biblical studies.

Dominic returned to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his family in July of 2018 to answer the call of God to once again join the pastoral staff at Harvest after serving as a lead pastor in Nashville, Tennessee. Dominic served previously at Harvest on the academy staff from 2006 – 2007 and on the pastoral staff from 2010 – 2014.

The Lord has blessed the Cardamones with two children, Sophia and Dominic, Jr. The Cardamones love their church family and count it an honor to serve the wonderful people of Harvest Baptist Church.

Charlie Rousey was saved at the age of 11. He enlisted in a special program in the military and planned to go to Ole Miss once he got out of the Navy. But God had other plans. While in the Navy, he did a lot of soul searching, and while he was stationed at the Great Lakes Naval Base he was invited to go to a Baptist church in Indiana. This church had an outreach program to the sailors there. It was during this time that he felt called to the ministry and decided to attend Hyles-Anderson College.

Pastor Rousey was heavily involved in various ministries while in college where he also met his wife, Mindy. They were married in July of 1993 and then he graduated in 1994. Charlie was called to work at a church/school in Adrian, Michigan, and served there for two years. In 2001, God led their family to Pennsylvania where they began serving at Harvest. The Rouseys are blessed with three daughters: Annagail, Autumn, and Audrey.

Joe Miller is a graduate of Kiski Area High School. Ordained in 2016, Joe has taught Sunday School at Harvest for over 20 years and has been leading the Iron Men Bible Study since 2015. In 2018, Joe began teaching a Bible class to our upperclassmen at Harvest Baptist Academy. He married his wife, Jamie, in 1984 and they are blessed with four (adult) children, Jess, Joe, Jordan, and Jolene.

Matt Davis has been on staff overseeing Music Ministries since October of 2018 after traveling with a Gospel group for two and a half years.

Matt grew up in Maine and was saved at the age of six at a VBS service. After graduating high school, Matt attended Lee University where he pursued an education in music. Matt obtained his bachelor’s degree in December of 2015. He married his wife, Amy, in May of 2018. They are blessed with two children, Violet and Vincent.

Matt and Amy’s desire is to serve the Lord and use their musical gifts for Him. They hope to help educate and encourage those involved in the music ministry to further use music to glorify God.

Matthew Osborn grew up in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and was saved at the age of twelve. At sixteen years old, God began to work in his heart about full-time ministry. As he surrendered to whatever God had for him, God directed him to attend West Coast Baptist College in the fall of 2009 where he met his wife Katie. Katie and Matt were married in August of 2013 after graduating from Bible college.

Upon graduation and marriage, Matt started in full-time ministry in Duncansville, Pennsylvania, where he served as a youth pastor for nine years. God has blessed Matt and Katie with three children, Sawyer, Duke, and Blakely.

God brought Matt to Harvest in the summer of 2022 to be the student ministries pastor. One of the biggest desires of Matt and Katie’s heart is to reach the next generation for Christ while investing in them and their families.

Dave Miller, western Pennsylvania native, trusted Christ as his savior at the age of five. Dave graduated from Apollo Ridge High School and continued his education while in the workforce becoming a licensed electrician and more recently graduating from Bible college in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministries from Veritas Baptist College.

Over the past couple of years, Dave has been leading and teaching and more recently came on staff in May 2022 as Pastoral Intern and interim Facilities Manager. As of July 2023 Dave has stepped into a new role in directing the children's ministry and outreach ministry at Harvest.
