Mrs. Alison Connolly
English Teacher

Ali Connolly is one of our veteran high school teachers. An alumnus of Penn State University, she teaches 7th-8th Grade English, 9th-10th Grade English, 11th-12th Grade English as well as Algebra I with a passion for her subjects.

Ali is the daughter of Pastor Dennis and Kathy Smith. She has a wonderful spirit and is a faithful worker in our nursery ministry.

Pastor Tim Delaney
High School Teacher

Pastor Tim Delaney is a graduate of Shawnee Baptist College. In addition to teaching an elementary class, he co-teaches 11th-12th Grade Bible and manages our senior high physical education class as well.

In addition to serving as our church's Youth Pastor and administrating our "Silent Servants" ministry, Bro. Delaney is our Boys Basketball Coach and leads the Valley High School Bible Club as its sponsor.

Mr. Steve Hilles
High School Teacher

Steve Hilles is a graduate of Fairhaven Baptist College. Besides teaching an elementary language class, he also instructs 7th-8th Grade Bible and Mathematics, 9th-10th Grade Spanish and Typing, 11th-12th Grade Spanish and Computers, and Algebra 2.

Bro. Hilles ushers for church services; furthermore, he leads our Kindergarten students in Children's Bible Club.

Mr. Bill Radvansky
High School Teacher

Bill Radvansky is a retired State Police officer and has been teaching at the Academy for the past few years.

Currently, Bro. Radvansky instructs our 9th-10th Grade Bible and Geography classes as well as 11th-12th Grade History with great zeal for his subjects.

Pastor Charlie Rousey
High School Teacher

Pastor Charlie Rousey is a graduate of Hyles-Anderson College and is the Administrator of Harvest Baptist Academy. Currently, Pastor Rousey teaches 4th Grade Mathematics, 7th-8th Grade History and Science, and 11th-12th Grade Consumer Math.

Pastor Rousey teaches the Cornerstone (adult Sunday School) Class which meets on Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m. in room 300.

Pastor Kurt Skelly
High School Teacher

Pastor Kurt Skelly is a graduate of Hyles-Anderson College and is the Superintendent of Harvest Baptist Academy. He co-teaches the 11th-12th Grade Bible class. Pastor Skelly thoroughly enjoys spending time with the students and teaching them his favorite subject, the Bible.

Each year, Pastor Skelly composes and directs the Academy's spring musical. It is one of the highlights of the school year and the high school students greatly enjoy rehearsing and performing for this special event.

Pastor Dennis Smith
High School Teacher

Earning a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, Pastor Smith worked as an engineer for many years at Westinghouse. Feeling the Lord calling him into full-time Christian service, he recently received his Master of Divinity degree at Baptist Bible Seminary.

Pastor Smith teaches 9th-10th Grade Physical Science, 11th-12th Grade Physics, and Pre-Calculus at the Academy.
